Terms and Conditions for Full-Stack Coding Program (6 months+) & Deep Dive into Data Analytics (4.5 month course).

1. Once the course fee is fully paid it is non refundable.
2. Program can be paid in installments however, if it is not paid as per the deadline then the student account will be disabled and any progress made will no longer be saved.
   
3. Registration and course fees paid are fully non-refundable.
   
4. Cancellations based on medical emergencies, financial crisis and mental health issues will be made purely on the discretion of Pic-Ed Limited.
   
5. Our Courses’ pace and candidates’ workload\health\emergencies can be variable as per the learner’s need. We have a ‘Pause’ feature through which a learner enrolled in Eduskill may opt to pause their course within the entire duration of the program. During this period, access to class recordings and doubt resolution will be available to the candidate. The candidate can pause the course for a maximum of 2 months across the 12 months span.
   
6. You will not distribute any resources to any third party contacts outside of your Eduskill program, should resources and password access be given and Pic-Ed team is aware then you will be banned from the program and your CVs shall not be sent to potential employers.
   
7. If you do not complete the course within the duration and need an extension of 2 months then it is allowed, beyond that it is a discussion you must have with your batch manager.
   
8. Any interaction besides on our platform and in our class sessions with your colleagues and batch students is not the concern of Pic-Ed Limited.
   
9. Only educational content will be provided on Eduskill and our partner content.
   
10. You will be respectful to your teachers, peers, recruiters and mentors.
    
11. Any Social Media groups with your batch peers and discord channels outside of the formal routes of communication are prohibited.
    
12. You will not cheat in your interviews, assignments and project work and you shall not plagarize.

Terms and Conditions for Shorter programs below 3 Months (E.g. Data Analytics Bootcamp).
